more about patrick...

Patrick Star is a dim-witted but well-meaning starfish who is the best friend of SpongeBob SquarePants. He is quite overweight and loves ice cream and many other fat foods. He is the second main character of the show.

Personality

SpongeBob and Patrick often annoy Squidward to no end, but both of the two are blissfully unaware of it. Patrick first obviously appeared in the episode: Help Wanted although his first main role in Season 1 is in the episode: Jellyfishing. He disappears very often in Krusty Krab episodes, but he does get a job there in other episodes. Once, to help SpongeBob get into the Salty Spitoon, he pretended to get beat up by SpongeBob so his best friend would seem tough. He is very loving also and he admires Jeffrey Jellyfish. In the episode: I'm Your Biggest Fanatic, SpongeBob and Patrick went to the Bi-Annual Jellyfish Convention and saw many of their favourite jellyfish enthusiasts, such asKevin the Sea Cucumber. Patrick can also play the drums. As seen in the episode: Band Geeks, he plays the drums, in the Campfire Song Song in the episode: The Camping Episode, Patrick had drums for a brief time, until he destroyed them in the end. In lights, camera, pants! Patrick plays the drum and sometimes uses his head to play the drums. However in the TV Movie: Atlantis SquarePantis, Patrick is more interested in alternative music. After failing or graduating community college, he has no job now because he did not go to a good school to graduate and become a great man. He often does not have enough money, and then in the episode: Pat No Pay, obviously by the title, Patrick Star cannot pay back for his Krusty Krab meal because he does not have any money.

Patrick Star has also had his identity and ID licenses shown in the episode: Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III and Driven to Tears. Patrick is known to cause many troubles, and usually makes the main problem of the episode he appears in. Patrick Star is also pink, much to SpongeBob's fun teasing in the episode: The Fry Cook Games. He somewhat attended Community College, which probably means that he will never be good-educated and have a great job as a great man. Partically, his parents are known to kick him out and get rid of him. Patrick has also been emotional about his parents' getting rid of him to make him think he is an orphan and believe that SpongeBob's parents are his parents in: Driven to Tears. Patrick's main reason to build his own rock home was because his parents kicked him out. Somewhat, he still was very happy and never went back to his parents' house again. Patrick has been sent to jail many times before. He went to prison and became a prisoner in these episodes: Life of Crime, SpongeBob Meets the Strangler, Good Ol' Whatshisname, and The Inmates of Summer.

Patrick is also pink, but has darker pink freckles and jellydots around his body. He is also shown to be able to move the jellydots around his body. In Season #1, due to an unsteady animation process in this season, his eyebrows are M's and this last occured in the episode:Hooky. Patrick has Zs for his eyebrows starting in the episode: Your Shoe's Untied. Patrick is also shown to develop a love of rocks. He usually lives in a rock, had a rock for a pet, uses rocks to make Valentine's Day gifts, eats rocks, uses rocks as tools, and most likely relaxes flat and enjoys sun ray catching while sitting on a rock flat. He is also very strong and can move his rock, although he did not in: Life of Crime. Patrick Star is also wearing green pants with purple flowers.

Patrick Star usually is so much beloved to SpongeBob he mistakes SpongeBob's family for his own family! In the episode: The Sponge Who Could Fly, he believed that SpongeBob's Grandpa is his, and Grandpa SquarePants became angry at Patrick for making him appear in his own dream-cloud and hits him with a stick. In the episode: Driven to Tears, Patrick is never able to know, no matter how many numerous times told from SpongeBob's parents that they are not his parents. This made Patrick think he was an orphan. He has also been known to marry SpongeBob in Rock-a-Bye Bivale to let SpongeBob do all the work for Junior the Scallop.

Patrick Star also has Arachnophobia, or the phobia of spiders, revealed in the episodes: Home Sweet Pineapple and The Pink Purloiner. But it's a mystery why there would be spiders in the ocean. The spiders would be almost as big as Patrick, and to Bikini Bottom, they are bugs who have the same personification-like size to the fish and ocean mammal's point of view. In the episode Squirrel Jokes it showed Patrick sitting at a table with Nancy (possibly he was dating her).

Patrick has also had many jobs. However, he is not very good at any one of them! These are the ones he usually had:

§ Krusty Krab Worker: This is the main job Patrick usually tries. In the episodes:

§ Big Pink Loser: He swept dust all the time, spilled dishes on purpose, and tried to open a jar of jam.

§ Bummer Vacation: He was the replacement fry cook. He put Krabby Patties dirty on him and cleaned the toilets (or used)

§ That's No Lady: Patrick, disguised as a girl named Patricia, can do a very good job to stay in town, but Mr. Krabs and Squidward fell in love with him/her!

§ Pat No Pay: Patrick Star must make enough money to replace his bill. He destroys the Krusty Krab with trash.

§ 20,000 Patties Under the Sea: He is assistant manager to SpongeBob as the restaurant mobile to bring Krusty Krab to the people! He also has a job in kitchen duty.

§ Lights, Camera, Pants! (PC Version) He worked his own lemonade stand for a short time. He earned 25c.

§ Inventor of the Back Scratching, Nose Picking, Hair Combing, Ukelele Tuning Machine 9000.

§ Inventor of Pencil, Mirror, and Lightbulb but was already taken up by the real creators.

§ King of Bikini Bottom. (He was King Patrick in episode Rule of Dumb)

§ Jellyfisher, Jellyfisherman Expo Convention Joiner I Was a Teenage Gary and That's No Lady

§ Mrs.Puff's Boating School Student.(He became SpongeBob's classmate in the class of Mrs. Puff seen on episode New Student Starfish)

§ Community College Student, mentioned in the episode: The Bully with Flats the Flounder

§ Overtime TV Watcher Rock-A-Bye Bivalve

§ Father/Parent, Housekeeper Rock-A-Bye Bivalve

Patrick enjoys eating very much. He likes Chili, as seen in the episode Doing Time. He likes ice cream, Jellyfish Jelly sandwiches, Krabby Patties, chocolate bars, Peanut Butter and Peanut Butter Tacos in Picture Day, cheese from the hooks, peanut butter, pickles, Astronaut-Dried Food marshmallows, sandwiches, turkey, hot dogs, smoked sausages, roast chicken, beef, pizza and many other random junk foods.

i soooo love patrick!!!

Patrick Star
Patrick is SpongeBob's neighbor and best friend, and his great ambition in life can be summed up in four words: "Uh...I...uh...forget." As SpongeBob's closest pal, Patrick is always offering his advice and encouragement.

Unfortunately, Patrick's not exactly the brightest sea star in the sea (if you catch our drift), and he usually ends up helping SpongeBob into a heap of trouble. Even their simplest plans end in disaster. But for better or worse, Patrick will always be SpongeBob's loyal buddy.Patrick as a young schoolboy. Not much of a difference, eh?Patrick's drivers license

So me!

I got this picture from my dorm's room... I bought this from a very elite shop named UNITOP...hehe I find this sticker very cute and this talks a lot about my personality also. At times I become so childish and kulit to my friends and even to my family members up to the point that they'll get pissed. I spend most of my time doing nonesense things which I find enjoying, but without hurting anyone ofcourse...trip2 lg ah..hehe

At our house I feel like a princess and indeed I am! (and I love being one..hehe) I love being taken cared of but without holding in my neck... Most of the time I want my freedom... I can still remember during my high school years, I was the foundress of our TAKAS COMPANY...my parents are so strict, until now that's why sometimes I tend to lie to them but I hope with alll my heart, that someday they will AT LAST give to me their trust and grant me freedom-a responsible one for that matter...SOMEDAY! :)

a pinch of masculinity

these guys are not actually new friends for me... we have been classmates for several years already, but I guess, we never had the chance to get to know each other well. Since papa God is so cool and all-knowing, gave us the opportunity to get along even for just several days in a certain rotation. We have been assigned together in the same group, and at first I said to myself that I'll really dread that rotation that I'll be with the boys for I don't know if I could get well with them. Fortunately, I ate my words...so far, if not the best, the rotation I shared with them is one of the most memorable ones I ever had! And I never regret spending my time and "resources" for these bunch of men!

I'm so grateful I got to know them better!

I love these guys! :)

MYPRECIOUS LIFE

On the night of the 28th day of the first month in the year 1990, a bouncing healthy baby girl was brought into this wor

ld by Mrs. Marian Valentine P. Lamila. This little angel was delivered via a Caesarian Section. She was about live a blissful life being the first born in her family. Outside the delivery room, a much tensed husband was making his way back in forth, not knowing that he is finally a father, this man wa

s Teodolfo Lamila Jr. The couple had a hard time giving a name to their cherub, when an idea got into their mind; since their daughter was delivered via a Caesarian section and their hospital bill was so expensive, and expensive was synonymous to “something precious”, they finally decided to give PRECIOUS as their baby’s name and MARIAN as her second name which was taken from her mother’s name. The couple was so happy when they finally ended up with nice name for their baby; that little cherub was me, Precious Marian P. Lamila.

I can barely remember my first few years of existence, but with the help of the photographs which have been kept by mother, I can say that my infant years were ecstatic. My parents

and other relatives were in frenzy of me. Everyone seemed so protective of me, especially my grandparents and according to them, I was a wayward child but also proved to be a lovable one. Two years after, my younger brother, Teodolfo Lamila III, came into the picture. The challenge of being an older sister was laid in front of me, but I guess, even upto now, it didn’t give me any hurdle at all, for my brother and I act as if we’re on the same age level and life has been more exciting since then.

One day, my aunt persuaded me to come with her to a school where she works as a clerk, just to entertain herself I guess, when the guidance counselor, out of boredom, jokingly tried to give an entrance examination for kinder students, and luckily I passed. Since that was during the enrollment period, she advised my aunt to tell my parents to enroll me since I seemed ready for a formal education. We went home and by the next day, viola! I was already officially enrolled as a kinder 1 student at Colegio de la Inmaculada Concepcion, Hijas de Jesus at my hometown at Pototan, Iloilo.

My elementary years went well, I gained a lot of friends and I came to know my closest friend that even until now, she’s the person whom I share that special bond that remains to be unbroken. Sometimes I was on top of the class and

there are also times in which I was on the average or the above average level. I also had a lot of crushes back then, but I was loyal to my “ultimate” crush that started when I was in grade 2 and lasted until my second year in high school. I graduated my elementary education with flying colors.

High school life has been very colorful for me. I was able to establish my sturdy group of friends. We were of different personalities, and I was the girly one. My friends (and I) were a bunch of achievers, but still each of us, in one way or another, shone on our own distinctive ways and forte. That was also the time in which the fear of being away from each other set in since, sooner or later, we’ll already leave the portals of our institution and start anew for our college life. We (eleven of us) all graduated with flying colors from the same institution that I’ve mentioned on the former part.

The judgment day came, I was already a high school graduate and whether I like it or not, I need to make up my mind if what course I’ll be going to take in college. I was clueless then. My friends were planning to take up nursing, and I guess I was going well with the flow, with no course in mind, I decided to take up nursing. My friends and I got separated from each other but most of us decided to enroll at the University of San Agustin, to which I’m currently a senior student of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. During my freshmen year, I was so anxious about meeting new people; I felt that I was going back to scratch. Fortunately, I got into a class which was so fun, and adjustment has been a temporary predicament. I gained lots of new friends and got in mind a realization that indeed, life offers a lot more of surprises that will eventually unravel its grandeur in front of us at any time.

Indeed, this time has been so memorable to me; I have met the one who sees me at my worst but still choose to stand by me amidst everything. This person has been with me all the way for almost three years now and I am so thankful and happyto have him.

My sophomore life was very colorful as well; I got to meet and know many people with very different personalities, and some of which has been very dear to me, and I guess, will be forever be part of who I am now. I really had so much fun back then. Whenever memories linger in my mind, I just can’t help but smile and wonder when are those moments ever gonna happen again.

My junior year started with a twist, some of my classmates and dear friends got separated from us, and adjustment period set in again. I was rea

lly sad that time that I thought I will not be as happy as before, but I was wrong. I even gained more new friends. Yes, they may not be the same persons whom have been so close to my heart, but they are the new ones who’ll paint more colors in my life. During that time, I was able to decipher well who my true friends were and who the pseudo-types are.

Now, I am on my senior year-my last and final year. I want to finish my educational escapade with a lot of good memories and learning inculcated in mind and instilled in heart. This year was a very painful year for me and my family though. Last July 2010, my mother was diagnosed of stage 2a breast cancer. I felt so hopeless and sad, but whenever I see my father and brother hold on to their feelings just to back my mother up, I said to myself that I should be strong and never forget to lean on God. Right now, my mother is recovering well; she didn’t need to undergo Chemotherapy since her laboratory results revealed positive response regarding hormonal therapy. I really thanked God that my mother is now safe and recovered well from Modified Radical Mastectomy Operation that she had, but still our battle is not yet over, and I believe that we could make this through. This final year of mine on my college education yet unties, and right now, I am so happy that aside from my family, I have my friends who always put a smile as well as a twist on my life.

The story of my life is yet to be uncovered. I still got lots of things to accomplish and dreams to anthropomorphize. More characters of my story will be known and new plots will be laid, but at the end of the day, I still have the ball in my hands, and it’s up to me whether I’ll play it according to my will and control it or let it passively curb me.

I am very thankful for everything that happened in my life for I’ll never be who I am now if not because of those spices in life. I’ll continue to dream big and strive to soar high in order to live well this PRECIOUS life of mine.
